Is the service secure?

YES! We believe this is an absolute necessity. We use a 256-bit encryption remote connection which is also widely used by banking and ecommerce websites for secure high-level online transactions.

How does it work?

Once you have accepted our Terms and Conditions, you will be greeted by one of our qualified IT technicians who will require details of the IT issue and your payment details. Once payment has been authorised, the report or support session will begin.

Once the job is completed or the issue is resolved and you are happy with the outcome, the payment will be processed and completed. That’s it!

Is the service instantly provided?

The service is provided 24 hours a day.  You will be assisted by one of our highly professional IT support technicians. On occasions when the support engineers are already attending to other clients, you will be placed in a queue.


Do you support residential and business systems?

Our service is provided to both residential clients and businesses including those with over 200 PC workstations. Our trained IT support technicians respect not only your privacy and confidentiality but also the importance of ensuring your PC’s reliability, whatever the use.

How much does the service cost?

The services we provide are charged at as little as £59.50 per online session. A session is based on a single problem/support issue or requirement.


Although this may seem inexpensive, our service is of the highest level.


The price is exclusive of VAT.

What if you cannot resolve the issue?

Unfortunately, not all problems can be resolved remotely, but do not worry, we can either offer onsite assistance or advise on how to resolve. 


If you have already provided us with your payment details for our remote service and the issue could not be resolved remotely, your payment will not be processed.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via all the major credit/debit card providers as well as PayPal.
